At NGAC providing ABA therapy to our clients isn't a job, it's our passion. We are always on the lookout for talented new therapists who share that passion. Our staff is highly trained in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, receiving 80 hours of initial training and continuous support in obtaining or maintaining the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. We know this work can be taxing, but the rewards are immeasurable. We focus on a supportive environment that encourages positive feedback, ongoing training, consistent BCBA support, and an open door policy. We work everyday to encourage a culture of collaboration, opportunity, support, and respect. We are happiest when we have a diverse staff bringing their unique skills and talents to the team and we reward that with competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, continuous training, tuition reimbursement, and BCBA candidate programs to be the best they can be. If you would like to apply to join our team, please fill out our employment application.
