Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)


Do you have the passion to make a difference in someone’s life academically, socially, and behaviorally through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA therapy)?  This position requires lots of energy, and the ability to think outside the box.   • Deliver ABA therapy in a 1:1 or small group format

  • Accurately implement skill acquisition programs and implement the individual treatment plan

  • Accurately implement behavior reduction plans, behavior protocols, and/or behavior support plans

  • Maintain precise and meticulous client progress records, which may include data sheets, graphs, daily notes, anecdotal information, etc.

  • Maintain a safe, clean, stimulating, and fun environment for the client

  • Collaborate with the client family and related professionals as needed regarding client updates, progress, behavioral concerns, etc.

  • Uphold company policies and standards of conduct; implement ABA intervention in line with the BACB ethical guidelines

  • Promptly report all incidents of abuse/neglect and train others to recognize signs of abuse, neglect, and exploitation

  • Provide high quality customer service to clients and their families

  • Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement
